FRANKLIN – The Franklin School for the Performing Arts and Dean College will present their annual Scholarship Showcase on Friday, February 1 at 7:30 p.m. at Dean College Campus Center.

The showcase will include the Dean College Dance Department featuring student choreography and the FSPA Dance Company with choreography by Dean College senior Susan Paolini, Dean College freshman and former FSPA Dance Company member Tina Clark, and by FSPA Dance Company Director Lisa Lowey. These musical theater, ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance pieces will join some of the most talented students in the Metro West area on a Franklin Stage. Proceeds benefit an annual scholarship given by FSPA to a Dean College student pursuing the performing arts. The 2002 scholarship recipient will be announced later this spring.

Tickets are available at the door or in advance at the FSPA Box Office at 34 Main Street in Franklin or by calling 508-528-8668. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and seniors. A section will be reserved for those who purchase tickets in advance. Light refreshments will be provided.
