Adult Ballet

Goal: This class is designed for adults who wish to renew studies in Ballet, although previous experience is not required. The class is geared to a beginner level, however, with a sufficient number of students, the class will be divided into two levels. The class includes a slow warm-up, basic barre exercise, center floor work and simple combinations moving on the diagonal. Technical improvement is encouraged and enjoyment is stressed.

Adult Jazz

Goal: The Jazz dance class is a fast-paced class for adults seeking a challenge. A lengthy warm-up and stretch is followed by progressions, center work and development of combinations. Previous dance training is helpful but not required.

Beginner Adult Tap

Goal: For men and women, this class is your perfect opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of tap and enjoy an artistic aerobic workout at the same time! Any previous dance training is helpful but not required.

Intermediate Adult Tap

Goal: For men and women with a minimum of 1 year tap background to build upon the repertoire of learned tap skills.

Intermediate/Advanced Adult Tap

Goal: For men and women with a minimum of 2-3 years tap background, a chanct to further develop tap articulation, challenging rhythms and styles and to build upon the repertoire of learned tap skills.
